Secondary steps for municipal permit submission require the involvement of various consultants. Froesite provides services for the oversight and co-ordination of peripheral project consultants who will be necessary for municipal permit approvals including but not limited to structural and mechanical engineers.

Committee of Adjustments Representation
Frequently design directives push the limits of zoning and municipal by-laws. In such cases, building permit approval will require representation through the Committee of Adjustments to obtain approval to variances. We provide services to not only manage the documentation and represent the file at required hearings and proceedings but also to assist in the facilitation of any conditions of approvals.

Municipal Permit Submissions
As part of the architectural design package, we manage the submission and any necessary revision of documents for building, plumbing & HVAC permits. Foresite acts as the client's point of contact for all municipal communication and represents the file until permit approval is granted.
